R. McMahon Watchmakers is a specialist workshop providing mechanical watch service and restoration. We do not operate as a walk-in retail repair shop.

Delivery and Postage

We are not accepting watches by mail or courier.

All watches must be delivered and collected in person, by appointment.

Work Not Accepted

We do not service:

  • Quartz movements

  • Smartwatches

  • Fashion watch brands

  • Modern mass-production watches outside our specialisation

  • Replica or counterfeit watches

If you are unsure whether your watch is suitable, please enquire before arranging an appointment.

Important Notes

  • Quotations are provided after inspection.

  • We do not work from a fixed price list.

  • Service timeframes vary depending on condition, complexity and parts availability.

  • Deposits may be required for extensive or specialised work.
