Please email us BEFORE sending any repair work. We take on a limited number of brands and types of watches.

Our minimum service charge is $950 plus postage. We do not take on part repairs like glasses and setting crown repairs. Service restoration ONLY. Return postage fee is by express post, $60 without insurance. We do not organise couriers for the return of repairs, or return insurance. The cost of organising couriers and return insurance exceeded $600 per item, we are no longer interested in organising other than express post with signature. Customers did not want to pay so we deleted shipping insurance from our policy. Shipping is at your risk and Australia Post’s responsibility.
